Stephanie brings her years of experience building successful enterprises to her role as OneSpace’s CEO. Prior to co-founding OneSpace, she was the founder of MonsterCommerce, a leading e-commerce storefront solutions company powered by 280 team members. MonsterCommerce grew to more than 8,000 e-commerce clients before the company was acquired by Network Solutions. In her spare time, Stephanie can be found at the nearest golf course, playing tennis or spending time with her three children and two labradoodles.
As Chief Operating Officer, Erin oversees OneSpace operations, including marketing, product development, client services and engineering. She draws on over 14 years of experience building and leading teams to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions. As a seasoned marketer and an accomplished entrepreneur, Erin’s experience includes leading online marketing operations for Network Solutions, founding a digital marketing agency, the Loud Few, which was acquired in 2011, and founding a SaaS content marketing application, iScream Social.
Erin received her B.S. in Communications from Washington University. She is active with local technology incubators, serving as a judge for Arch Grants technology competition, and as a participant in Skandalaris Idea Bounce. Erin is also an active member of AdClub St. Louis and has served on the board of Social Media Club St. Louis.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Amanda leads OneSpace’s marketing team and helps shape strategic initiatives as part of the senior leadership team. A marketing leader with more than 20+ years of experience in marketing and sales, she’s digitally savvy and has built highly successful lead generation, account-based marketing, and eCommerce programs throughout her career. Her sweet spot is balancing the right brain and left brain of the marketing profession, using data-driven decision making to deliver excellence in storytelling and customer engagement.
As Senior Vice President of Product & Engineering, Kelly leads the teams responsible for building the tools and platforms that support OneSpace, including our proprietary crowdsourcing software. With over 10 years of engineering experience, Kelly has worked with various technologies and developed systems supporting AT&T and Network Solutions prior to joining the OneSpace team. Kelly has a passion for understanding analytics and using the combination of data and algorithms to uncover opportunities and drive business decisions. That passion, combined with her ability to understand the needs of the business to prioritize development accordingly and innate ability to make even the most technical concept relatable, makes her the perfect fit for leading the development of OneSpace’s technology.
As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Megan leads the Account Directors, Account Services, and Client Operations teams to create valuable strategic partnerships that grow brands. Megan has over a decade of experience selling products to consumers including roles in sales, supply chain, and finance. Most recently she spent five years developing strategies to drive the rapid growth of a premium CPG brand in the pet food category. Megan leads her teams with a passion for data-driven decision making, process innovation, and flawless execution. When not thinking about selling products, Megan enjoys traveling with her husband and spoiling her two golden retrievers.
Sarah Kirschner, Vice President of Operations, provides support and stability company-wide at OneSpace by overseeing the organization’s Facilities, Finance and People Success teams. Her extensive background leading all aspects of operations and human resources includes experience in education and the nonprofit sector as well as financial services and public relations and communications. Sarah is committed to helping OneSpace grow and prosper while maintaining our unique culture.
