Client Success
  • - Junior Account Coordinators work with key stakeholders to design and build project plans that help clients execute their strategic business objectives. The role is very hands-on, working with internal teams as well as managing the freelancers completing various content, data and design projects.

  • - The Account Manager is the “second-in-command” on the account team, reporting to the Account Director. The Account Manager plays a key role in day-to-day account and team management working closely with the client on tactical issues while being aware of opportunities for growth and expansion of the client relationship.
  • - Put your account management and sales experience to use in a growing startup! The Account Director is the most critical role in new business sales, account growth and account renewals. The Account Director must be able to focus on landing, building and growing accounts. This role is both strategic and hands on and requires a leader who can wow clients while driving their team forward.
Client Solutions
  • - The Solutions Engineering team creates and manages technical solutions for OneSpace clients. These projects range from custom plugins and interfaces within our proprietary software to built from scratch applications. Our mission is to use our technical expertise to provide world-class customer support to all of our clients.
  • - The Technical Support Engineer provides technical support to the OneSpace proprietary software platforms. In this role you will be the first point of contact for system issues and bugs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional communication to our clients and internal team. As you gain knowledge of our business and software, you will assist the product engineers with bug resolution.
Engineering
  • - Do you get excited about great design? Are you at your best when you’re tweaking the small details and subtle animations that make a web application really pop? Do you like engaging in technical banter about how to make the site fast, responsive, and user friendly?
Marketing
  • - The Director of Marketing & Sales Operations oversees Marketing systems and Salesforce.com, implements campaigns and sales workflows, and provides analytics for the Marketing & Sales teams.
