Client Operations
  • - Content Development Specialists are responsible for researching requirements and proposing content strategies for new and existing clients, and also serve as subject-matter experts on OneSpace platforms, keyword research, retailer requirements and ecommerce content.
  • - As a OneSpace Data Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions for new and existing clients to help clients execute their strategic business objectives.
  • - Junior Account Coordinators work with key stakeholders to assist in designing and building project plans for our clients. The role is very hands-on, working with internal teams as well as managing the freelancers completing various content, data and design projects.
  • - Directly impact the very core of our business by leveraging your experience leading a team of engineers and your expert knowledge in one of our core programming languages to help us grow our product and develop great software.
  • - Work closely with our product team to architect exciting new features that take our platform to the next level while also tackling every aspect of feature design from usability and responsiveness to reliability and performance at scale.
  • - Work interdepartmentally as well as with fellow interns to bring fresh, innovative ideas for solving both our and our clients' most pressing challenges.
  • - Combining creative and analytical skills, you will interact with a variety of partners to create and execute marketing campaigns using inbound, digital, account-based marketing and sales enablement strategies.
Solutions Engineering
  • - The Solutions Engineering team creates and manages technical solutions for OneSpace clients. These projects range from custom plugins and interfaces within our proprietary software to built from scratch applications. Our mission is to use our technical expertise to provide world-class customer support to all of our clients.
Strategic Accounts
  • - Make the daily needs of our clients your top priority while providing support to Account Managers and Account Directors so that they can focus on strategic client engagement.
  • - Put your account management and sales experience to use in a growing startup! The Account Director is the most critical role in new business sales, account growth and account renewals. The Account Director must be able to focus on landing, building and growing accounts. This role is both strategic and hands on and requires a leader who can wow clients while driving their team forward.
