Client Success
  • - The Client Success Manager is primarily responsible for owning and maintaining positive client relationships. The Client Success Manager will focus on program growth and strategic thought leadership in addition to overseeing day-to-day processes, relationships and issue management for our clients.
  • - At OneSpace, Project Coordinators work with key stakeholders to design and build project plans that help clients execute their strategic business objectives. The role is very hands-on, working with internal teams as well as managing the freelancers completing various data and content projects
Client Solutions
  • - The Solutions Engineering team creates and manages technical solutions for OneSpace clients. These projects range from custom plugins and interfaces within our proprietary software to built from scratch applications. Our mission is to use our technical expertise to provide world-class customer support to all of our clients.
  • - The Technical Support Engineer provides technical support to the OneSpace proprietary software platforms. In this role you will be the first point of contact for system issues and bugs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional communication to our clients and internal team. As you gain knowledge of our business and software, you will assist the product engineers with bug resolution.
  • - At OneSpace, our Engineering Team powers the very core of our business. As a Database Administrator at OneSpace, you will work closely with our Engineers to build, maintain and scale the data layer that drives our platform. In this role you’ll have the ability to be strategic while still getting your “hands dirty”. We’re looking for a top notch Database Administrator who is passionate about all things data, who thrives on finding and fixing performance issues, loves analytics and wants to learn or grow their experience in a variety of data technologies. We need someone who is not afraid to own the responsibility of keeping a critical function of our business operational 24/7 and meet our client SLAs.
  • - The BI Architect will focus on OneSpace's key reporting systems and business intelligence tools bringing organization, optimization, efficiency and ease of use to key platforms.
  • - Do you get excited about great design? Are you at your best when you’re tweaking the small details and subtle animations that make a web application really pop? Do you like engaging in technical banter about how to make the site fast, responsive, and user friendly?
  • - Performs daily accounting functions under the direction of the finance team in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • - As the VP Marketing, you will lead the strategy and execution of all marketing operations at OneSpace. The VP of Marketing will define and drive OneSpace marketing strategy with a focus on B2B lead generation. Working closely with the Sales and Executive teams, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy geared toward achieving our marketing qualified lead (MQL) goals. In addition to a heavy focus on lead generation, the VP of Marketing will play a lead role in communicating our unique story and offering to the market, developing our brand and messaging and leading PR/media efforts. You will be responsible for setting and guiding the strategic direction of the Marketing team and for assembling the talent and creating the organizational structure of the team (internal staff and partner agencies).
  • - Use your sales skills in the CPG space to help us grow! Excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson. Must be a sales prospector with excellent communication skills proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
  • - While working interdepartmentally on projects with your respective team leads and mentors, you’ll also work as a group with your fellow interns, tracking your progress and developing a personal and professional skillset to leverage not only during your time here at OneSpace, but into your future career as well.
