Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator makes the daily needs of the client their top priority and provides support to the Account Manager and Account Director so that they can focus on strategic client engagement.

 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Perform the day-to-day work that keeps the client happy and engaged
  • Run weekly status calls with clients
  • Work closely with execution functions to ensure work is executed correctly and on time
  • Alert the Account management team to any issues or concerns
  • Manage the core components of client projects, including:
    • Working with the Account Manager to understand client needs
    • Identifying areas for improvement on projects and proposing appropriate solutions
    • Reviewing and approving all project deliverables to ensure quality standards and project expectations are met
  • Set up and maintain project plans in Wrike based on established client management standards
  • Coordinate multiple projects at once, keeping track of all deadlines, deliverables, and associated tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to determine internal costs and scope of project plans
  • Ensure that project issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the project team of any problems that may arise
  • Provide regular input on all project activity, including weekly status updates
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies for clients on an as needed basis; regularly evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of paid search campaigns to drive continuous improvement
TO WIN IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED:
  • Excellent customer service skills evidenced by experience in a customer service role
  • One to three years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Clear and polished communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Desire to learn new skills and develop industry knowledge
  • Understanding of technology, marketing, e-commerce, etc. a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
