Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager is primarily responsible for owning and maintaining positive client relationships. The Client Success Manager will focus on program growth and strategic thought leadership in addition to overseeing day-to-day processes, relationships and issue management for our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with clients to help them extract maximum value from OneSpace services and ensure high levels of product utilization, resulting in high retention
  • Build value-­based relationships with clients ensuring they receive best in class service
  • Establish and cultivate long-lasting relationships with senior executives and decision makers at all levels of an organization
  • Provide subject-­matter expertise on OneSpace services by becoming a power user of our proprietary software
  • Manage core components of the project lifecycle:   
    • Manage project scope and client expectations  
    • Proactively monitor results of projects and pivot strategy based on feedback and results
    • Approves final project deliverables
  • Leverage your creativity, intellect and GSD attitude, in order to advance our company’s vision for the future
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Manage the retention and renewal process for your book of business

To win in this role, you need:

  • 3+ years of client-facing project management experience, preferably with some of that time in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing clients both large and small; knowing how and why to manage them differently, including:
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Phenomenal organizational skills
    • Clear, articulate verbal and written communication
    • Conflict resolution and problem solving
    • Critical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Sharp focus on your goals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
