Paid Search Coordinator

Paid Search Coordinator

The Paid Search Coordinator manages paid search campaigns on behalf of OneSpace clients across leading e-commerce retailers. You will work collaboratively with the Account Service team to implement client-approved strategies and will manage ongoing communication with clients as campaigns are running. You will be responsible for all ongoing paid search maintenance across clients, owning regular client performance check-ins and compiling ongoing reporting.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Work closely with the Account Team in order to understand all client campaign objectives
  • Ensure client campaigns are configured to meet client objectives and follow best practices
  • Manage initial implementation and campaign setup with the guidance of Account Manager
  • Set budget and monitor regularly to ensure client budget spend is being met/kept
  • Proactively review campaigns to identify insights and provide strategic campaign recommendations
  • Evaluate and implement bid adjustments needed based on keyword monitoring
  • Compile and deliver ongoing performance reports, including monthly client reporting
  • Manage paid search campaigns using Pacvue or key retailer portals such as Instacart Ad Manager or Amazon Marketing Services
  • Work directly with clients for all paid search campaign requests; answer questions and address issues
TO WIN IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED:
  • Excellent customer service skills evidenced by experience in a customer service role
  • One to two years of experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Clear and polished communication skills
  • Desire to learn new skills and develop industry knowledge
  • Experience in the Instacart Ads Platform, Pacvue, or other paid platforms is a plus
  • Understanding of technology, marketing, e-commerce, etc., preferred
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
