ryan noble press releaseRyan Noble, Co-Founder and President of St. Louis-based company CrowdSource, was recently named a National Mentor for Pipeline, Inc., a professional development program for up-and-coming entrepreneurs.

Pipeline, Inc. is an exclusive community of entrepreneurial leaders building high-growth companies throughout the Midwest. Pipeline is an immersive program in which participants engage in unique and rigorous leadership-building activities that blend workshop modules and national experts into an ecosystem of innovation. Members undergo a life-altering experience that changes the direction and trajectory of their companies and connects them to lifelong friends and allies.

Mentors are selected each year based on the needs of the Pipeline members and fellows.

As a National Pipeline Mentor, Noble will counsel entrepreneurs as they navigate the challenges encountered by start-ups. “The complexities and risks associated with entrepreneurialism are vast: finite resources, unproven markets and steep competition. Founders must maintain a competitive drive and mental discipline to ride the daily highs and lows that come with building a business,” said Noble. “I am looking forward to mentoring motivated entrepreneurs through the Pipeline Fellowship. Every business leader needs someone to perform for and it is my goal to ask tough questions that hold founders accountable and help them maintain their discipline.”
