OneSpace has officially been named one of the St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for 2019. The Best Places to Work Award is a prestigious honor that recognizes the most employee-friendly companies in the Greater St. Louis area.

This is the sixth time OneSpace has been recognized as one of the city’s best places to work. In 2018, the company also had the distinction of being named one of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces.

The St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards are based on surveys completed by employees and administered by Quantum Workplace. These surveys measure communication, management structure, benefits, teamwork and several other employee-focused factors.

OneSpace’s culture is strategically designed to put its team members first. Employees set their own goals and accept responsibility for meeting them.
