Cory is a proud St. Louis native and part of the Engineering team at OneSpace, where all the magic happens. So you can thank him for customizing all the features that make the platform user-friendly and awesome.
When he’s not busy developing the cool bells and whistles that make work easier for clients and freelancers alike, you can find him maxing and relaxing with a sugar-free Red Bull and his guitar.
Cory is a fun family guy who likes to spend time with his wife and dog, Koda. Here are a few other things that make Cory awesome:
I’m a Solutions Engineer, which means I customize our products to meet individual client’s needs and help out with developing new features to make the platform easier to use.
“Be approachable,” because the team at OneSpace is very welcoming. From my first day here, I’ve never felt like the “new guy.”
1. A loaded Kindle
2. My guitar
3. A keg of sugar-free Red Bull
A lot of things: space, technology, the St. Louis Blues…but music probably makes me geek out harder than anything else.
I can be both, depending on the situation. I’m comfortable following someone else’s lead but also willing to take a leadership role.
Definitely Batman. No one should take Spiderman seriously since he went through an emo phase in Spiderman 3.
I want to be known for being confident in anything that I take on, whether it’s personal or professional. I want people to think,“Oh I don’t have to worry about that; Cory’s involved and he’s got it!”
I am definitely a comedy guy, but during Halloween, I love a good horror movie.
I’m pretty sure it was a free CD from McDonald’s, but my first deliberate purchase was “Razorblade Suitcase” by Bush.
Probably anything involving kids. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital comes to mind because kids facing life-threatening diseases and cancer is a horrible situation for everyone involved. I’m also a big fan of micro-lending sites like Kiva.org, where you can help people achieve their goals and then lend to someone else when it’s paid back.
I can count cards. (Don’t tell the casino!)
